    old bean i see your a native of the steel city...im up there next week to see kell brook at the motorpoint again...though im staying in warrington on the friday night at an obliging fillie i met at chester races few years back....anyhows how long is the drive from warrington to sheffied?...is it the a57??

    Dont attempt the A57 via the Snake Pass, I think it was closed due to landslip or something just above Glossop. You could always go straight on at Tintwistle via the Woodhead Pass? More scenic perhaps?

    This is what i was worried about.
    We are a different site from 'Fantasy island' and need to stay away from the delusions that site posts.
    Nothing against the posters but just don't want to read their rubbish on here. I understand we do have 'cross board' posters but please lets avoid the 'fantasy'. <ok>
