His mate got 4 years for ABH.Ouch , must have had a bit of previous to get that. Some people get the same for manslaughter.
So because of you seeing worse on a Thursday at pozition it makes it all okay? Societies wrong doings are happening because people just accept this attitude, people just accept people weeing in streets after nights out, this should not be acceptable behaviour, yet pople now accept it and they really should not. We need to clamp down on such attitudes.
I'm not saying its right, but if you think it doesn't happen all the time you need to get out more. Putting the Gerrard incident and this in the same catagory is ludicrous. One was a glorified cat fight and the other a good kicking. Etuhu stood by whilst his mate mugged the poor bloke whilst he lay in a bloody mess.
surely if youve pretty much won a champions league final and an fa cup final on your own, your allowed to give somebody a clip around the ear?
Obviously Etuhu's was worse, i am not disagreeing, however both should of ended up with the same punishment. They both should go to jail, yes it does happen all the time but part of the problem is we accept it happens all the time. If we start handing out serious punishments, people will start realising.
