Do we then go with Day as no. 2 or bring in a new keeper? I think the Charlton keeper Phillips, one of the highest clean sheet totals last season, is available on a Bosman. And we have the youngster who has been on loan at Barrybados.

Don’t blame him for wanting a move, he’d probably be number 1 for a lot of Championship sides.
Was great for us during that promotion season but Smithies has proved his quality since Harris took over.
Surprised Warnock isn’t in for Etheridge though.

 

Don't think Boro have the cash to afford him. Like when Warnock came to us, he'll be looking for reliable frees, Bosman's and loaners.

True I did read something earlier, Boro fans a bit restless with the lack of activity.
Probably explains why Warnock hasn’t come in for a couple of our players.
Hoilett, Etheridge and Bamba I would’ve thought he’d come in for if he had the funds.
