Statement from Fulham.... http://www.fulhamfc.com/news/2012/november/21/etheridge-recalled

The Club can confirm that Neil Etheridge has been recalled from his loan at Bristol Rovers.

The Philippines number one made 12 appearances during his two-month spell with the Pirates and quickly became a popular player amongst fans after a string of impressive performances.

Etheridge kept a clean sheet on his debut for Rovers against Fleetwood Town and helped them to four victories during his time at the Memorial Stadium. He departs with Bristol Rovers sitting 21st in the npower League Two.

Well things just get better and better.

Bad news...but thank you to Neil for always putting in a
top class effort and performance.
A quality 'keeper for the future.

We could put Shilton, Schiechel and Joe Hart in goal at the same time and they'd still concede a hatful unless those in front of them start doing what they're paid to do <grr>

Sorry absolutely no confidence in Sam Walker from what I have seen of him in the matches he has played defo not the finished article positioning awful........maybe as it was the early part of the season when we lacked any defence or midfield he was not protected enough so not his fault who am I kidding nothing has changed in that department either

What is MM smoking if he was not good enough when etheridge was here to keep the no 1 jersey then he is still not ready.

Step up with the rest of the youngsters that are performing sooo well now eh Mark.

Saturdays chances just gotta whole lot worse.
