Yet another top class team from the bestest League in the whole wide world got it's arse spanked last night. Four going on eight. When are the little Englanders going to wake up and admit that their League is vastly over rated and full of bluster and money and not much else? Good luck to the Manchester clubs in the Thursday Doggy Life Diddy Plate. I'm sure they'll do the EPL proud.
The Premier League is only overrated by fans of sides competing in Europe and foreigners. The rest of England knows full well how good/bad it is. But still: 11-1
It's a bit of a ****ing disappointment, 15 years out, we finally reach it again and I feel like going back to the Championship
**** no. What guy could ever understand a woman ffs!!! ****in psycho bitches from hell, all of them. Not that I'm bitter
The second best team in Scotland got knocked out of the Europa League by Maribor. Maribor are hands down the worst team that Birmingham have played this season; worse than Peterborough, Coventry and slightly worse than Wolves. That shows the strength of the English leagues; that a team from the second tier beat Brugge and outplayed Braga.
So I agree with you that the Premier League is overrated and give an explanation as to why, and that's interpreted as a 'retort'? Is your head made of Osmium?
My point was more that even the second tier of English football is stronger than most leagues in the world.
They just can't help themselves Trev. We all know Scottish football is pants. But with all the riches in the world the EPL is incredibly poor and uncompetitive. I think McLeish made the right choice in going to the bigger Birmingham club. Now they have achieved in Europe and in a time when you had to be winners of your League and not possibly 5th place.
He most definitely did. He won us a cup, then buggered off to **** up the villa. Meanwhile, we got in Super Chris Hughton. I love McLeish. He gave us success, now he's giving us a lot of laughs by ****ing up the villa.
Birmingham are in the second division and won 3, drew 2 and lost only once in their Europa League group. They drew 0-0 at Braga, who were runners-up last year.
Because Birmingham City of the Championship did well in Europe. Go on, see how many leagues you can name that are better than the Championship.
