disappointing to see this, he looked very good against Chesham and you have to query why gaz is letting him do this if he thinks theres no chance of him signing permenantly
Maybe Gaz thinks/hopes that if he fits in well socially, and likes everything about the club, he might be attracted by a 1 year contract with renewal options (ie not too committal but knowing he'll be happy for at least year). I think Gaz is trying to tease him in.
