Hogan Ephraim is hoping to kick-start his career with a move to Wolves. Ephraim, who has not started a league match for QPR for two and a half years, trained with Kenny Jackettâs side prior to the transfer window closing. And the 25-year-old still believes he could end up at Molinuex, initially on loan. He said: âIt could happen. I went up there for a couple of days, spoke to the manager and it went well. âIt was a move I was hoping would happen before but for whatever reason it didnât go ahead in time. âIâm waiting to hear whether itâll still happen and Iâd be really pleased if it does. âIâm 25 and just want to play. To go to a club like Wolves and play for a manager who trusts me appeals to me a lot.â Read on.... http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/...rhampton-wanderers-boss-kenny-jackett-773422?
hard to believe he's only 25. if he hasn't played in so long I don't know why he's still there whilst several other players have come and gone.
I recall Ryan Nelsen taking him on loan to Toronto. He didn't score or assist and they sent him back early. After showing some early promise, I'm afraid Hogan's now a candidate for the lower divisions and, from his perspective, the sooner he goes and starts getting out on the pitch the better
First half of our promotion season he was more than decent. Linked really well with Taraabt & scored a belter against Boro (i think). We then signed Tommy Smith & he hasn't had a fair crack since. Defo needs to move on for his own sake.
I like Ephraim; a good lad who's kept his nose clean. I wish him all the best, but regret that we didn't get to see more of him during the past couple of years. I think he would have been (will be!) a very different player with somebody to champion him and make him feel wanted.
