Dear God we miss him so much!

I'm not one to write off players, but Cissikho is worse than Konchesky. He slows the game down so much! He either turns back or runs down a blind alley!

Please let Enrique be fit for Everton <wah>

  5. I said better game, as in better than his normal performances <laugh>

I did wonder where the **** he was going a few times. I doubt Toure will be too impressed with him either.

I remember only months ago people in here (and quite a few of them) saying how Enrique was bad and we needed to replace him.

Yes, he made the odd mistake but at least he usually made up for it. Without Jose at LB (or Flanno) it's very obvious what a weakness our left flank has become and shows how valuable he was that it was never really noticed.

Hopefully he's back soon, but I worry more about RB long term because of how much Rogers seems to favour Johnson there despite options being available to him! At least we can assume Jose will slot back in as soon as he's available, Johnson is another issue.

Partly at fault for second. Ran up the pitch to close down their full back and left huge hole for Gabby to exploit.

Whilst I'm not a fan of either Enrique or Johnson, we simply need them in our team.

    Please come back Jose!! Hurry!

  9. Not me. I maintain he is one of the best LBs in the league. A few months ago I put only A.Cole and Baines ahead of him and I maintain the stance. Shaw and Evra (<grr>) are just behind IMO

He had all the attributes. Pace, strength, decent in the tackle, gets close and cuts out crosses. Has the ability to go box to box. His only downside is that he sometimes dawdles on the ball but compared to other options and when looking at that negative against all the pros it it's far outweighed.

He was pretty ****ing awful today and a little reminder to BR here....Johnson was better at LB last year than he's been at RB all season <ok> Whether Enricky is fit or not....STOP PLAYING CISSOKHO.

The only thing I will say in his defence is that BR's decisions today were even worse than Cissokho's performance. What the **** was he thinking with that set up first half? <doh> I've given him a lot of praise this year but I'm not sure what the **** he smoked last night dreaming that up....and I'm still not sure what he smoked the night before he decided Stevie G would be good in the holding role or that Ming is a better bet than Reina either.

Play like that in the derby and we will lose. Much to work on.

Bring in a youth player - its not even a risk!

I just don't see what Cissokho offers the team.He tends to want to go on the outside alot,
doesn't have the game to go past a player,no real pace,no threat in and around the box,he's
just not good enough.Stands out like a sore thumb,he was gash today.

  15. Cissokho was **** today. Not as **** as he has been but poor all the same. However, he was far from our worst performer today too. Brod has to take the medal for no.1 **** up and Gerrard's first half performance was the worst I have seen from him, he did play better in the second half though.

I thought the S's played well; Suarez, Studge and Sterling. Henderson was his usual self and Skrtel got his head to everything bar the second Villa goal (which he was no where near so not his fault).

Johnson was his usual lazy batard self, he clearly doesn't care anymore and is just gathering his pension.

Toure was pulled all over the place but that was more to do with Cissokho wanting to play LW or CM for most of the game.

Migs made a mistake for their second too. If you're going to come for a cross then you better make sure you get there, he didn't.

Lucas/Allen changed the game when they were introduced but I guess the credit should be given to Brod for admitting his **** up and altering things.

Was at the game today and from my perspective Cissokho was by far the worst player on the pitch. I can forgive a lack of technical ability but the amount of times we were caught on the break down our left hand side whilst he was in their half was unforgiveable IMO.

Lazy, bad in the tackle, bad at decision making, bad at attacking.

I was saying to my mates I think he's definitely a contender for the worst player of the last 10 years who has somehow claimed a first XI spot.

is Agger that bad at lb that Cissokho is a better option or even swap Johnson over see if it improves that twat as well.

what pissed me off was his fecking urgency, he took so long to take a throw in the ref ****ing blew up for full time, sorry but we need a better attitude than that for a start, Johnson was as lethargic.

both these players are a liability and they only care for their wages as they certainly have shown they are not arsed if we win or not, ****s!

i know some on here keep saying Mclaughlin isnt ready, but surely he cant be as bad as what we have at the moment, and he has a point to prove, for some reason the other 2 have the attitude of they have ****ing made it, ****s!

energy and commitment is what we want to see on the pitch, ****s!

I'd honestly rather see Sterling at RB than Johnson right now. Sahko and Agger CAN'T be any worse than Cissikho, mainly because that's impossible. Gerrard had a poor game, but you know he's always capable of creating something out of nothing. Cissikho? He's very limited both physically and technically, he hasn't got the strength, his positioning is awful, passing is ok but he makes Enrique look quick minded, crosses; first man every time, clumsy.

Pretty much sums up the first half, our three worst players were Gerrard, Johnson and Cissikho.. The three players who are there to shield our CB's, Toure and Skrtel were ultimately dragged all over the place and our entire defence and midfield was like a sieve. Massive blunder on Rodger's part there, you could see within 15 minutes something needed to be changed and I think if it was Mourinho in the dugout instead he would of hauled some one off. Allen and Lucas changed the game for us but with all the attacking quality on the pitch we still wasn't at our best and looked disjointed.

    agree magic,

don't think Coutinho should have played to be honest and should have been off for Lucas from start.

one day we might get a manager who can see its ****ed in the first 10 mins and needs changing asap, just be grateful we dont have Rafa any more as he usually did **** all until the 70 min, by then we could have been 5-0 down lol

He definitely needs a rest, leave him out of the Bournemouth game and that'll be a good two weeks break for him and hopefully we'll see him near his best again.

To be honest I was initially excited about the line-up, but every man and his dog could see we were going to get sliced open. Not to that extent they did, mind. They dominated the game for the first half and that's credit to them. Henderson was probably the best player yesterday in a sea of ****e.

Just hope Flanagan and Enrique are back in time for Everton and I think we can now assume Skrtel and Toure are NOT a good partnership, so from here on in it has to be either Skrtel/Toure/Agger to partner Sahko.
