I've tried to post on the "main" rumour thread but i think the thread directory thread <laugh> just doesn't work and we've lost those main one thread locations for these rumours.... mods, have a look at stickying good trhead like the rumour one?

so here i am clogging up the board with an article on Scott Dann and jose enrique.

Apparently Arsenal have opened preliminary talks with Birmingham..... According to SSN anyway.

Is this just another rumour or what?

Apparantly we have agree the fee for enrique which is new info thought no yet on the lfc website...

Sky are making the claim on both of these, any thoughts?

I would prefer us to sign Dann as I rate Enrique but think we can cope at LB with Robinson Insua Aurellio and Johnson. Where at CB if Agger Carra were injured I'd be worried with Soto Skrtel.

The Enrique one isn't a rumour as he is apparently having a medical. The two clubs have agreed a fee. How much its likely to be undisclosed. I reckon once this one is done, Kenny will go all out to get the centre back we need to conclude phase one of our rebuild. And it is only phase one.

Looks like Dann is heading to Arsenal.

Enrique is coming for £5.5M pending a medical also.

Wonder what will happen to the Cahill to LFC rumours if the Dann move goes through.

We could land Cahill if Bolton are still interested in Ngog and we could do a player plus cash deal.

There is still time to hijack the Arsenal bid for Dann, if we butt in I'm sure we would land him. If we don't atempt this then I believe Kenny has got his eye on someone else.

Would that mean we have to give them more money to take N'Gog?

If we can wrap up the Jose thing and go get Cahill it would be the perfect summer spending.

They probably all on their lunch break, it's just like the whole government when they all went on holiday at the same time. Order needs to be restored!

now now... if the mods would only put back the good stickys for liverpool then they wouldn't have this.... <laugh>

this is a sort of protest vote on my behalf....

i think the liveprool website has all summer been quick to put out a fee agreed article so seeing there is none i shall wait on the enrique thing.

its all a debate, dann or cahill... buy or no buy... who knws what will happen

Going to be a solid signing for us. If the fee is around £6M, he is also excellent value for money.

    Perfectly played KK.

He got the rest of his targets in quickly because he knew they had little chance of their values dropping and preffered them to inbed into the team. With Jose he saw the possiblity of a reduced fee once a few signings left and Enrique got a little troubled. Enrique dishes out comments and doesn't want to sign a new contract, after that we still gave a few weeks time to worry the Newcastle board and then we went in just before the start of the season to really hit 'em where it hurts.

At £6m he turns out to be better value than Gael Clichy <ok>
