It's fair to say the idea of hiring an England manager because he's English has ****ing failed catastrophically. And when you look at the muppets from England being shortlisted to take over, you have to worry.

I say, let the best man for the job get it regardless, and we should set our sights on the EU. The best man for the job in this case just happens to be a proud European. Yes, you've guessed it... we should hire Slaven Bilic. The guy knows our game, has a very good tactical understanding of the game (you can see this from his time at West Ham and from wiping the floor with Ian 'dumbfuck' Wright's neanderthal views on ITV) and he has a winning mentality.

What? What did you think this thread was about? <whistle>

They'd all play with a pint in one hand and *** in the other.

Anyway, how dare you derail my thread! This is the England manager/EU Slaven Bilic thread!

We would have 11 more right wingers than Roy had but overlooking the left would be a big mistake

Hmm...maybe somebody should have suggested that to Woy?

I mean we showed these bloody foreigners how to play the game. It's only right that we should be at the forefront on this revolutionary innovation!...

The press conferences would become far more entertaining with Nigel instead of Woy that's for sure!

I totally agree about Bilic. Knows his football, English and International, plays with the kind of intensity we all like to see. Gets the best out of average players it seems, plus it would piss them pikey ****s off.

Itll be that **** with a brown bag over his head Garef. Another yes man.

    Nigel isn't a realistic option.

There were a number of black players in the team last night and even one of the white players was raised in Portugal by his traitor parents. Nigel wouldn't like that.

Plus he'd insist that his German wife would have to be his assistant as she's the only person qualified to do the job.

But ultimately it wouldn't work as he'd refuse to take the team into Europe so we'd have to rely on points from home games and all tournaments being played in England (although not at Wembley as it's a bit too Asian around there for Nigel's liking).

    For that reason I'm OUT.

I don't think he'd leave West Ham at the moment.

It probably should have been Harry last time not Roy but thats not going to happen now, not that I think it's a good idea at this point.

I saw Bielsa mentioned as an outsider, this would be funny seeing the mad ****er making these pampered bastard's run until they puke.

Benitez would be good as he'd stick to a formation and style of play and be happy to piss off the media and do what he wants others than bow to pressure, can't see that though with him recently signing up to Newcastle.

Looking at the options you're ****ed and will end up with Fat Sam.
