Are we bottom of a PL not improving as fast as the Leagues in Germany, France, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, and East Euro countries? Results in Euro Leagues last season were down on the one before, and aren't great this season. There seems to an evening out of quality across Europe.
Even Celtic did better than expected and were unlucky to lose. German teams always been strong. Malaga the surprise package for me so far 3 wins out of 3.
