I'll go for a 1-0 win for my hearts' sake, even tjough 0-0 looks a lot more realistic.

    This game is a joke.

Tunisia are a pub team. Seven of them are French!
What are they doing at the World Cup when teams like Italy and the Netherlands cannot get there.

England should win this mis-match at least 6-0.

Don’t think it’ll end a draw - did you see the wrestling throw on Kane !

These pundits need to get real. Why are they so afraid to say anything even remotely negative?

Tunisia have got some neat ball control skills and some players who can run a bit. They knock the ball around pretty well for a pub team.
They are never going to score from open play unless we put a chance on a plate for them.
England should have been out of sight against this lot after twenty minutes.

1-1 at half time is an embarrassment.
We cut them open about four times. Spain and Portugal were tearing each other apart every couple of minutes, and they are both excellent teams.
And now the pundits are squealing for a penalty every time England waste a corner kick.

If we don't win this game by four clear goals it will be a humiliation.

I would settle for any win right now. Too ****ing slow back to front and our defence is terrified.

    Same old England.

There has been so much nonsense talked in the past week about how different it's going to be this time. How everybody is really relaxed and positive and playing without fear and yadda yadda yadda...
They say this kind of thing every time. They said it before South Africa and before Brazil.

Even if we beat this pub team there is virtually nothing positive to be taken from this game.
The first decent team England play will dump us out of the tournament, just like last time and the time before.

I don't want to hear the utter garbage Southgate will come out with after the full time whistle.

Oh well, I take it all back. England are going to win the World Cup.

Stoppage time goal from a set piece to scrape a win against a pub team. Cue the glossing over of everything that is still wrong with England, and the restoration of blind belief that if we get out of the group we can beat anybody on our day...

He will sue FIFA if he doesn't get the golden boot.
Watch out Ronaldo and Costa, here comes the man who should have scored 4 goals already if we include VAR penalties.

Not sure if there’s a bit of sarcasm there but he was clearly wrestled to the floor twice and makes their penalty a real soft one

    Hey ho, no problem.

I'm not an England fan and I don't care how well or badly they play.
The World Cup is a bit of a distraction as far as I'm concerned, to help pass the time while there is no Club football.

But if there are genuine England fans on this forum who take offence at my comments, then I will gladly not post anything in this thread again.
