Watched the match last night and I though both our lads had a very good game. Crofts won ball after ball after ball from the holding CM position (as he does for us every week!) and his distribution was pretty tight as well. Also very good for us as he has now already played against Rooney this season!
I thought Morison would struggle when I saw the line up, as the only striker, but fair play to him on holding his own against Terry and Cahill. Was good to see him out-muscling Terry in the first half, and I'd bet my bottom dollar that he would have hit the back of the net from the Earnshaw chance, had he not been subbed etc.. To be honest I'd even bet on Drury from that position, how on earth did Earnshaw miss?
Wales were unlucky not to get a draw in the end. But anyway, I just wanted to highlight two big performances from our boys. Hopefully we can see a couple in England colours in the next few years.

Don't want to sound like an arse but Fox is the player who plays the holding position for us, and crofts rarely plays there.

I thought both players did pretty much nothing all night and it didn't help that Morison was up front by himself, so I would say both had a fairly average game.

England were crap again, completely dull game . I was hoping Wales would score just to liven it up a bit......
