Max Clark has been selected for England's U16 squad for their Victory Shield clash with Wales, for whom Alex Penny has also been selected.

The game is being played at Cheltenham's Whaddon Road ground on Thursday 27th Oct and will be shown live on Sky Sports (KO 7.35pm)

A chance for those who don't normally go to youth games, to check out a couple of our rising stars. <ok>

I for one will be watching it, these games are usually full of endeavour, and good to watch. It will be interesting to see how the both get on.

Know Alex from when I was at school, really promising player. Looked full of enthusiasm (so much so, he picked up a yellow card) in the last televised game vs Scotland, so we could see a bit more from him in the England game.

    I'll watch with interest <ok>

I also know Alex Penny, perhaps because we were in the same year at school. Used to play in the same team as my brother (Sunday football team) .. Don't let me mislead you in thinking my brother is a professional footballer. Weird seeing him on tele, saw Alex in his last game, good movement it seemed.
    Good luck to the lad.
