Well I know a lot of supporters can't be arsed with England.
But personally I still love watching England and it hurts when they lose, nearly as much as when my beloved SAFC lose.
Plus on the good side of talking about England, you don't get berated by fellow supporters when you question the ability of certain players. :p :p :p

Spaniards are putting out their best squad by the looks of it as well.
My optimism is coming to the fore and I'm going score draw. :)
 
Reasonable first half all things considered.
The problem is we are working hard to close them down, then are too scared to move out of position to make ourselves available for a return pass.
So when we have the ball there's no one to pass to.
Jones has won and held the ball a few times and ended up with no one available to pass to.

One of you lot with all this higher level playing experience :p may be able to tell a numpty like me, why when we have the ball under no pressure we feel the need to pass back to the keeper for him to lump it up to Spain?

I had Parker down as MOTM so pleased whoever decided the official one agreed with me.
My score draw bit the dust as Spain weren't good enough. :p

Why the **** does Downing get on the pitch?
All he ever does is give the ball away!
The commentator said he was doing a good job, wtf? He watched a different game to me!

Well done England. I couldn't understand how the likes of Glenn Hoddle and Terry Venables were critical at half time of their negative tactics. What did they expect? All out attack and a 4-0 hammering?
 
I used to love watching England when I was younger but I think its just the fact that the majority of the squad are absolute tossers. e.g. Terry, Cole, Gerrard, Rooney and generally just overpriced overpaid mercenaries who don't give a **** and it generally shows in their performances on the pitch.

I must admit though, tonight's game although very boring for the majority, the players put in a shift defensively and the shape and discipline of the squad was very impressive, Capello definitely deserves some credit for this one, the players seemed very up for it.

All we need now is a senior call up for Sammy Ameobi and S+R Taylor and we'll win the euros by a landslide ;)
