    I bet most PL managers will privately be thankful to the rioters for this alone. The FA are <cracker>

    I dont agree that it was bad scheduling. We're likely to face qualifiers at this - or very close to this - stage of the season on the international calendar and it's good to get used to it.

    Not this close. It should have been arranged for last weekend at the latest when PL teams were just playing meaningless friendlies. Only the FA make mistakes of this nature.

    It was a stupid time to arrange a friendly, a blessing in disguise that it's been called off. Wish it was soemthing other than a riot that stopped the game going ahead. There's a good chance that the Spurs V Everton game and other games in London thsi weekend could also fall victim to the riots. The entire thing has become ridiculous and you can only hope for the communities affected by it all that it ends soon and businesses are given the help they need to recover.
