Expected to be the lowest ever for an international friendly. Why do we think this is? ****e? Cost? club before country? Woy? Ginger pirlo? Why?
**** team **** manager and having all the games in fkin london should be spread across the country occasionally especially in meaningless friendlies
The realisation that the players really don't give a **** and the horrible corporate Wembley experience. Plus the daft old sod who's picking the team and still moping over Gerrard
it would certainly get the fans back on side north east travelling to london and back to see that shower of ****e with the extorinate prices
England might not be able play home games away from Wembley for "eight to nine years" until the Football Association is "debt free", according to Club England chief Adrian Bevington. The national team played at grounds across England while Wembley was being rebuilt for £757m from 2000 to 2007. "[Wembley] has to be paid for," Bevington wrote on Twitter. "The reality is that the FA has to put events calendar on to do this. When debt free in 8/9 years, more choice."
seen theyve give loads of tickets to soldiers and that Wembley Stadium ‏@wembleystadium 12m We are delighted there will be plenty of @Tickets4Troops at #Wembley tonight. Welcome all trying to disguise the fact that the turnout is going to be RIDICULOUSLY low
Sneaky that like, should have done it before, the fa disgust me at times like, in fact most of the time, perhaps its peoples loathing of the fa?
Load of pretentious arseholes who want a bit power and have no real love of the game, just how much they can fill their bank accounts The FA should be ran by people from football, managers/players/coaches/fans who will decide for the good of the sport not for their personal gain Im 21 and can see that...
Although I agree with most sentiments on here especially the pissed off how bad they were at the WC. I'm a proud Englishman and will still be hoping we play well and win, oh and Hendo has a good game and scores.
I'm a proud Englishman too, and I can't ever remember when I have been so less enthusiastic about an England game. In my younger days I used to travel down for nearly all the England games at the old Wembley..
Same here mate but I won`t be watching them. More interested in getting a look at our new lad against the Jormans if he`s playing.
I'm watching them both mate. Germans on a monitor showing BT sport next to this one . And England on the plasma.
The whole thing is farce. From the fa and it's failure to reform grassroots football and it subsequent "pass the buck" blaming of innocent clubs for the state of our national game, to the selection process. From the politics of coach selection and said appointed's continued defiance to regularly attend games north of Manchester, just as the appointments of past have refused, to the price of shirts. Farce.
