With McGhee I was sure that we were destined for the Conference. If John Ward can't keep us up then no-one can. To me he's our last proper manager, and I include Holloway in that. He knows the lower divisions better than anyone, and has all the skills necessary to unite the team and the club. But it's a huge ask. Saturday's win still leaves us in the bottom two. I'm more optimistic now...but I don't see us charging up the table, more crawling up it. I'll say we'll be..................................20th.
we got 2 games in hand which is cheltenham and rotherham. draw both or win 1 then were out of the bottom 2. we still got wimbledon and barnet at home. we need to win these games. if we can do this then i think we could end up 18th/19th. i say 18th
i would be over the moon if this happened. currently 11 points is the difference between us and 15th (torquay).
I think we will finish about 16th as well. What has this football club come to when we will be happy to accept 16th in the bottom division
We will win every remaining game by at least 2 goals, reaching the playoffs which we will then win at a canter. We will then be promoted automatically to the Championship the season after next, having thrashed C*ty home and away in the process. Wibble.
