On paper we have a pretty easy run in to the end of the season. We play five teams currently below us (haven't been able say that very often this season) York; Wimbledon; Torquay; Daggers and Accrington and only two above us Bradford and Southend. A win at home this weekend would make it almost impossible for York to catch us. However we should be aware that the form book can go out of the window as those below us will be fighting tooth and nail to avoid the drop and those above will be scrapping to get back into the play-off zone. Can the Gas play as well against the lower clubs as they have been doing against the higher placed ones? Should be an interesting finish.
York (23rd), AFC Wimbledon(16th), Accrington Stanley(22nd) and Torquay(19th) must all go for a win, as they can all see the trap door. So too must Southend(9th) and Bradford City(11th), as they are after play-off places. So all the matches could be open and fast, making goals more likely. I'm not saying we'll make the play-offs, but there's wins there for us if we continue playing the way we have.
