3 BLOCKS OF 8 HARDER THAN DOING THE CHAMPIONSHIP FIRST SEASON IN CHAMPIONSHIP I had it pretty close just a couple of errors CITY WAS SPOT ON :--------

( IN BOLD SAME OR WITHIN 2 PTS )
    (ITALICS WITHIN 3 POINTS )
( BLUE SAME POINTS OR WITHIN 2PTS OF TEAM ABOVE )

    WOLVES
    BCFC
    SHEFF UTD

    PETERBRO
    PNE
    BRENTFORD
    BRADFORD

    SWINDON

    GILLINGHAM
    LEYTON O
    ROTHERHAM

    PORTVALE
    OLDHAM
    WALSALL
    TRANMERE

    STEVENAGE
    MKD
    CARLISLE
    CREWE

    CRAWLEY
    NOTTS
    COLCHESTER
    SHREWSBURY
    COVENTRY

SO MY PREDICTION IS BCFC to finish 2nd.... one of the top 3 is 2 points in front or 2 points behind the other 2 !

My top 3 is the same but Brentford replacing Sheff Utd. They have bought incredibly well. Clayton Donaldson and Will Grigg upfront for them next season will be deadly

I haven't posted the points gained as this is a one off who beats who according to the table as it unfolded putting in results....I gave BCFC a win on the opening day, and BCFC only lost 12 games throughout the season.... and I wont be changing my points prediction.........

MK Dons and Walsall wont be that low IMO.

We need to be in the top 6 at the end of the season as a bare a minimum, but I'm not sure we'll be top 2

What we need is a cracking start on Saturday, a home win, no goals conceded, a biggish crowd and some confidence at long last

MK Dons will be higher - think Coventry will be lower as financial meltdown continues

    My Top Six

    Peterborough
    Wolves
    Sheffield Utd
    Brentford
    Bristol City
    Bradford
I would be very happy to see city finish there, if the talk about Billy Sharp is true, then automatic is possible, but can't see that coming off.

Actually the best way to a prediction of this sort is after a couple of real games..I also didn't think Walsall would not be as low, problem is everything gets based on the first 3 or 4 hyperthetical guesses may re align after 4 games!

    Posh
    City
    Sheffield united
    Wolves
    Pne
    Brentford

    Bottom four...
    Coventry
    Swindon
    Colchester
    Shrewsbury

No particular order on either. Think it'll be close.

Ah you all miss the point my friends, City could wel finish in the top 3, however this is not part of the master plan! City will be around top 6 all season = good gates, make the play offs = kerching! sell afew pl ayers, loose in the play offs, sell even more season tickets for the following season. another tilt at Div 1, players wages remain at lkeague 1 level, good financial plan for city plc.

Behave yourself ROD. I lived in Shrewsbury for twelve years and that's my second favourite club so stop bullying them into relegation. I spent many happy hours in the "Gay Meadow"!
