    Thought we had a deal in place if we got promoted? If so, can't see City letting him go back even though I doubt it's been finalised yet.

    The loan will have been to mid - end of May to cover the play offs, so no they can't on that point. They didn't name him in their 25 man squad in January, so no on that point and we have a pre-agreement in place if we got promoted, so he's ours, so no on that point.

    That's not an opinion though as it's fact that Elmo is coming to us as the pre-mutual agreement was that the loan was to be made permanent should we get Promoted.

    Hmm. The HDM is implying it may be more complicated. Elmo wants to stay but the agreement was in the original loan agreement ( from which he was recalled) and they're saying Di Canio will have the final say. So that appears a long way from being totally wrapped up.
