Just be grateful you've had him this long! He was sent out on loan to get games, which he has done now we want him back! The loan was never agreed for the full season! As for not needing him Bardsley is our only natural right back.
How rude, we'd never say anything bad about your manager.......... Loans can be a cruel game, trust us we know. We are short of numbers and by all accounts he's done well at Hull so he's been recalled. If Mon lands all his January targets you might get him back.
Why does that make him a prick?? We are short at right back and don't have much cover on the wings either so how is our squad better - and, as has been said, he is a Sunderland player on LOAN at Hull - we have the right to recall so we have recalled?? Bruce did exactly the same with us - loads of loan players who served us superbly well - but then when they didn't sign we had a shell of a squad. If it's to pressure you into buying him then well done MON - if not then we have a player who is on form and confident - no reason to call Martin O'Neill a prick anywhere in what he has done

It was actually a season long loan, it's a pity we didn't pay a loan fee so that it couldn't have been cancelled, but there you go. As you say, he's your player and you want to recall him, then there's nothing we can do about it. It's just annoying, as we don't have a replacement that we can use in the same formation, Fulham have also recalled Stockdale(our No.2 keeper is dodgy) and our top scorer has just been ruled out for two months. It's not been a good week so far.
