Yesterday, as we all know, Bruce played 2 up front. Is it a coincidence that this happened so soon after Niall Quinn's departure? Or, does this, maybe, suggest a greater influence from the new chairman?
It means Bruce read the papers and realised his job was in danger, and for once had some common sense.
Probably got told he had more than one striker on the books Friday night so decided to give it a whirl with 2 up front and Sess in his preferred position on the wing. Does this mean we are more knowledgeable than Bruce even without the coaching badges? as we have all been saying this since the start of the season.
Some of the honoured 4,000 who were at Bolton can correct, but from watching football first, it seemed to me that Sess often was behind the two strikers rather than out on the wing, is that right?
I'm not too sure about that but I had a lovely leg of pork for my dinner today & am sitting here stuffed.
