Instead of the gov taxing the **** out of it, you'll have people selling them for 50% today's price.

Lib Dems btw, who want to legalize cannabis, voted in favour of this.

Brown was probably the most intelligent poltician of the Blair years (and in those days, there was actually some genuine competition). But he was pretty crap at actual politics, which generaly requires off the scale levels of smarminess and dishonesty..
