    Plain straightforward decision. Just get on with the game and stop bleating like an English foreign player/manager/owner. Maybe Sky Germany is not broadcast to the rest of the world like the EPL so gamblers not bothered about was it a goal or not.

    Secondly, let England trial it then see if it is cost effective.
