Syd, your thread the" Last Poster"..........................will last longer in time than you. pull it down. I never responded on that thread. how about we ALL do the same title. End of board, end of football. most folks myself included ask for our posts to be shut down. I personally have asked yourself, Dorset and Commachio to stop my threads, sometimes they go on too long. and duly obliged . by the same folks. Loadsa people, who dont work it out want to be the last person, CANT HAPPEN,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,cos the next,,,, last person steps in. wanting to be the last person. and on and on and on and on.
bill thats the whole point of them, they are never ending threads, and every forum has them, personally I think they are pointless, but I never go into them, or post in them, so I dont think its worth complaining over or closing it, in all honesty, I dont think any thread should be closed, unless its got nasty/racist etc, but as a normal thread, keep the lot open for me.
and on a serious note, that's all the offending thread is and its very easy to simply ignore if it's not your thing.
