Any changes brought about by any Brexit will only apply to new EU applicants wanting to work or reside in the UK - and so any EU player currently living in and playing their football in the UK will be completely unaffected by the forthcoming referendum result. The exact same will be true for UK players (such as Bale) currently playing in other EU countries. For players coming into the UK from non EU countries the requirements for residence visas and work permits will remain unchanged.
