    so i was thinking of making a (tiote) video, what software do people use?

    I believe there was an Arsenal one of that knocking about somewhere. Wenger looked hilarious, one of the two in the back.

    For video go for Sony Vegas, it's pro and easy to use unlike other industry standard software that can be intimidating if you don't know your terminology. For animated gifs like you posted above, use Fireworks or if you want to try quick and cheap get Gif Movie Gear and use it in conjunction with MS Paint or similar.
