Seen a lot of articles on here about strikers we should get and have yet to see this guy being mentioned.

Great goalscoring record at club and international level, quality player and a move to the toon from Palermo might just be realistic, especially with the money we (should) have to spend. He would probably be 9-13 million.

And of course, it wouldnt be a transfer target article without a youtube compiltation ;)

He's had an absolutely cracking season this year, would love him, not sure he will be cheap though. £18m minimum.

You think he would be 18million? I thought 14-15 million max! Throw Xisco and Shola in as perks ;)

Looks a top-class player but I'm not sure we'll be able to get him for that low of a price, I think he's worth way more than that amount and I remember a article on the Daliy Mail(Yes I know) that Napoli have put a 100m price tag on him or something, a ridiculous amount anyways, but saying all this if we could get a reasonable price for him, with reasonable wages then I'll love it to happen but I can't see him leaving Napoli for a team which is currently mid-table quality(with a few additions like Cavani we can challenge for the top 8 spots). Napoli played in the Europa League so I think he'll move to a club which will offer CL football(maybe Chelsea if Drogba leaves, Man United if Berbatov leave, City if they qualify for the CL and Arsenal.. well I doubt it).

I can't see it to be honest.

Will go to a bigger club than Newcastle, I'm afraid.

Judging by Sanchino's comment - I was being hopeful saying he will only be £18m!

£25 million and they might START to negotiate. He's destined for a CL club, sadly for us.

Some of the articles I've seen have whacked on him a 30mil price tag?
For that sort of money, definitely not.

But for 15m or so, then yes.

£85m - he'll be at City then. On the bright side he'll be dynamite in next seasons fantasy football team.

He's quality but I think there will be a lot of big clubs interested, and will cost more than 9-13m
