Very disappointing afternoon by the Gills and very poor by the manager for not getting Martin on as soon as Garmston was injured. Played with 10 players when Barnsley scored.Unbelievable that Martin did not even have his shirt on when on the subs bench.
Martin could not come on because alas he had misplaced his shirt (not Justin`s fault) and players are not allowed to play in skins. Hopefully that won`t happen again! The only mistake I thought Justin made today was with his substitutions, I admired the fact he put a lot of strikers on the pitch but without any supply to them there is not much point and with chief creative player Dack having to play much deeper, once Norris came on, and Marquis moved to the right wing and Cody playing in midfield it was no surprise we only had one shot on goal and never really looked like scoring. Memo to Justin, if your losing a game at Priestfield have a chat with Steve Lovell, he knows what to do. Anyway on to Tuesday, cmon the Gills.
