Fantastic result, fantastic football, and a not-so-fantastic return for Nigel 'Action-man Head' Pearson I felt we fully deserved the three points today, although the fact that Leicester had 10 men overshadows it slightly, you can imagine what the excuses will be. I just can't wait for his interview on the FLS. 'I thought that... uhhh... (chuckles) Matt Mills... uhhh.. (chuckles) sending off was uhhh... well... (chuckles) very unfair.' Quite worrying that Arsene Wenger says 'uhhh' less than Pearson. Anyway, well done lads. A very nice way to submit my 1000th post
I dont think he will give a radio interview but if he does i would love burnsie to give him a hard time lol
I didn't mean to Burnsy. I meant on the FLS if he isn't too livid to talk. He's that much of a sore loser though I wouldn't be surprised if he sent Shakespeare.
Don't really care what he says. Let him cry into his wallet, he's history to us now. More importantly (when you consider that Burnley beat West Ham away today) Barmby's record so far is looking promising and 7 goals in 4 games is also a good sign.
They will get this right in time, it is just getting the balance between a defending mentality which they had under NP, and a more attacking mentality under NB. Never the less a great win and certainly made my Saturday.
Fair enough but barring a mad 10 minutes against Burnley, conceding 3 against Derby away, Saints away and Leicester at home isn't too bad.
If he did interview him it would be nice if he wound him up so much that Pearson lamped him, best of both worlds then! The clown interviewing the Judas!
