    Let's see:

3 dead, 231 injured and tanks on the street during violent anti-government protests held in Bahrain

    Blows away?

Erm, Bernie. It's a protest against the rulers of the nation and not another Max Mosley scandal.

    Thoughts?

my thoughts are that Bernie is a muppet who says some really inappropriate things sometimes. I sometimes question whether or not he has the sports best interests in mind, or just his wallet... wait, deffo his wallet

There are megabucks involved for this GP and if theres any chance of it not being cancelled, then Bernie will take it. I wouldn't travel out there, even in Egypt where they were supposed to be celebrating, a woman journalist was attacked in the main square, the Arab world is in turmoil at the moment.

I can see it being cancelled, the teams are allegedly meeting to discuss it, and if none of them go, then the race is over with before its even started.

Teams hold a lot of power, I just wonder what Bernie has up his sleeve to convince them otherwise
