He is a good player - still young and just needs support to help him reach his goals. He can surely only get better

Promising talent, but needs to bulk himself up in the gym as seemingly a tad easy to knock off the ball at times.

Shame he wasn't Lukaku's size with that talent. Reminds me of a quote about the ManUre misfit the other day, someone said Lukaku had won a competition to play for United...<laugh>

Thought he had a mare today. Really needs to improve his work rate and his end product. Too many times he takes too much out of the ball and loses it. The talent is there, just wondering if he has belief in himself to get to the next level. Shodipo made a huge difference when he replaced him today.

My end of term report would say, "the raw talent is there but must work harder".

I have no idea whether Eze has the "Right attitude" or not, as he's quite difficult to read on the pitch.
He looks very languid, but looks can be deceiving.
I believe he has immense talent, but is young and probably needs an arm around him most of the time.
Whenever I've been to games, many around me are constantly slagging him off and surely that must have sapped his confidence.
Players like him live and breath on confidence.

Did you see the film snip in the talksport link showing Eze was the only player who really put in the effort to try and get back and stop Derby's 2nd Monday?

I'm one of those who, over the full course of this season, has been disappointed in Eze's contribution. The lad sounds intelligent and grounded and he has probably come to the same conclusion. However, we have all seen what he can do when he is on form. The talent is there, his development is never going to me one smooth upward trajectory, and I'm really glad to have him in the squad as I feel there's a really good chance that he'll be an important player for us in future seasons. Likewise, I'd be very unhappy if we allowed the interest shown by other clubs to persuade us to sell him. We've got to have promising youngsters like Eze, Bright, Walker and Shodipo around in order to have some hope for the future!
