Is anyone else going to this one? I have looked on the Ebbsfleet web site for prices but couldn't find anything specific to this game, normal prices are adult £10, over 60 £8, youth 12 to 16 £5, under 12 free. Interestingly with a season ticket £200 for adults(£160 for me) you also get all home cup games included.
I think this is an important game for the team to show that they are prepared for the season to come. Last year they lost 3 - 0 at Woking just one week before their opening league game against Colchester ( A disapointing 0 - 1 home defeat) This after chicken salad a go go at special training in La Belle France, and friendlies against Championship & Premier opposition. The Woking game was a sign of things not being right, which was sadly confirmed in the coming weeks. So lets get it together tomorrow guys and show our League One rivals what they will be having to face! Be very afraid UTG !
I like your idea Old Timer but PT has gone with a reserved team selection and I can see why, any knock now could probably leave you a doubt for MK Dons and we will need to have a full squad at our disposal.
Take your point Lukey. I remember what happened to Kingy, Birch and Fishy and none of them were even tackled! The curse of the Erith Marshes Travellers must be still in force. Having said all that, I was still disapointed in today's selection (and result) and can't see how this will help in any way for next week.
