Very good horse but Good ground has to be a concern imo. Hope he hacks up - I love his trainer lol

Grandads Horse fractured his leg today and still won. #massivefutureoverfencesthatisifhe'snotfinishedbecauseofthatinjury

Good point about the ground RV. Personally i don't see it as much of an issue. He's had a nice break and didn't race at Cheltenham with this race in mind. Rathlin's a good horse but not anywhere near as good as this lad and Call The Police has probably left his season behind at Cheltenham.

I have the same concern as RV, it's not his ground. Plus it's a notoriously bad race for favourites.
Should win but at 6-5 I'd rather watch than play!

Just looked at the mares bumper at Aintree. She's entered and Miss Green is booked to ride.

    14.10 Towcester

    Vendor

He was strongly fancied for the Fred Winter at Cheltenham last month and was reportedly working as well as the yard's Triumph Hurdle contenders in the build up to the Festival. Although he was thwarted off a mark of 129 in third, he certainly took another forward step in defeat and should take all of the beating in novice company today if running anywhere close to his revised official rating

You can say it's name Quel. Really looking forward to that race.
Met a mate of mine who has one in the yard yesterday and he was singing it's praises too!

This is going to be Irish good though, not UK good. If Flemenstar can't beat this lot, on this ground, off level weights with an uninterrupted prep whilst his biggest threat has run his guts out at Cheltenham up that hill I'll never back it again. Dramatic? Yes. Justifiably so? I think so.

11/8. Insane. I'm more worried about the trip than the ground.

I'm not going to ruin it for you. If anyone can be arsed to look at future cards they can work it out for themselves!

No dont worry lol <laugh> just thort id put him up. lol

My nap of the day was going to be Flemenstar but as you put him up it is now

    15.25 Fairyhouse - Vesper Bell - 8/1

Has a good record here winning a hurdle and NH Flat race over 2m & 2m 4f on soft and heavy ground respectivley and although ground may be a worry here but fully expect him to improve for this 1st race in handicap company.

    15.00 Plumpton- Al Amaan- 4/1

Was last seen finishing three lengths second to the markets favouritte Russian Conquest at Leicester in December. Has been kept away from the rain-affected ground this winter, Gary Moore's son of Neyef looks worth a chance on 6lb better terms with the aforementioned rival. Plus Gary Moore always has a winner or two up his sleeve at his local track.

I'm on Jetson in that at 8/1 who I've been really impressed by. I'm also keen on Jessie's other runner in that as the ground is more to him liking.

SIMON GRAY tissue 9-4 runs in the opener at Fairyhouse today. A decent horse on the flat for Richard Hannon he has not had much luck over hurdles. A slip cost him any chance at Naas and in my opinion a poor ride cost him certain victory at Navan. He has one AP McCoy on board today and there will be no mistake this time. Start the day with a winner!

My lot are 16-1 today. My Dad's maxim was to always back the outsider of three so I have. Come on you RRRRRRRRssssssssss.
