Still not overly sure about the appointment and reading between the lines, he's met opposition in the squad as well, hence the removal of several of them already, however what is apparent from people's comments is that the players are now starting to put in the effort and that is being appreciated by the supporters. Win, lose or draw you cannot do anything about the result, if you lose and the players actually show that they are absolutely giving their all, then fair enough. Over the last few seasons theer have been many matches where the players have barely made an effort, however looks like things are changing, and as the say the more work you put in the rewards are always better. It won't be pretty but maybe just maybe the club is starting to turn things round. Expect a mass clear out in summer and next season could be very interesting.
