Just wondering what people's thoughts were on the MVP race (i know it's early yet) for me the obvious names such as Rodgers, Brees and Brady will be there, but who else would you include? For me I don't know of any player more valuable to his own team than Matt Forte at the moment (maybe biased as i'm a bears fan) the guy is unreal, already he has over 1000 yards of the season, and accounts for about half of the bears offence! The only thing letting him down is his lack of touchdowns. Who would you include in the discussion though?

too early to tell, gonna put Ponder in the hat for Rookie though, I think McNabb's career is over now, the guy can throw, run fairly well, has good awarness and will only get better.

I like Ponder but i think Newton has the rookie award pretty much sewn up already. Maybe if Ponder had started the year as the starting QB. Ponder, Newton & Dalton are all playing really well for rookies especially seeing as though they didn't have a long training camp.

LeSean McCoy. He's been outstanding for the Eagles.

McCoy is brilliant like, think that vick is one of the main reasons he has been so good the last 2 seasons though. Hasn't been as effective imo since Vick got injured!

Vick is awesome on his day. Shame I'm going to stay up and watch the match tonight and not see Vick play. Young isn't a bad QB though but he doesn't get the running game going with Mccoy so well.

I decided to bed early and I missed us lose embarrasingly. 4 Ints Young threw but the one to Bradley wasn't his fault. Bradley should have caught it.

think this season is a write off for you! Thought you were a Saints (New Orleans) fan from your name for a while. At least your going to get a high draft pick, get a decent linebacker in the first round and i think you will bounce back! And think I would rather have Young than Hanie... just

I'm an Eagles fan. I'm a Southampton FC fan and a Northampton Saints fan though.

I was thinking the same thing a couple of days ago actually about getting a good draft pick. I hope we keep Asante and DeSean because they are top players on their days. Supposedly we can still qualify for the Play Offs thought. No idea how.

think you will struggle but i suppose Dallas & New York lost at the weekend as well. I think you should keep em both as well, i do have a feeling Jackson might go though.

Same, I have no idea why we haven't given him a new contract. The man is one of the best and versatile WRs in the league.

Rob Gronkowski, he has been just immense this season.. Great blocker, great rout runner, can shed tackles, and is almost a certainty for a td in the redzone.

As a Pats fan the step up he has made from his first season is just incredible, to where Hernandez isnt getting any of the routes anymore.
