I spoke to Ticket Office this morning.
They are working on software similar to that used for Wembley tickets, to allow groups of current ST holders to book seats together in new locations.
There will be a seating plan of South Stand online within a couple of days.

For Combined football/rugby tickets, it will be possible to have different seats in same stand or even in different stands. Atyeo will remain as unreserved seating for rugby.

You can sit with me dear! I have not decided yet whether to use same seat in South Stand for both or the Atyeo for rugby.

It would be a pleasure to sit by you sir, you are undoubtedly a gentleman.

I am considering the Dolman in the same seats but I would imagine that with the rugby you could pretty much sit where you want once the game has started.

Gentleman? My football colleagues say I moan too much. I call it frustration.
I love the rugby because I am perfectly relaxed with a pint in my hand. Football ties me in knots!
