    Was down Souter point today, sunny & warm and lots of folks out for walks with families.

    4 lads come down from Marsden area on this type of bike must have been doing 40mph along the footpath, often with 1 wheel on the ground. At least they had the sense to stop and go back before anyone was hurt. Is this the next menace we have to put up with?
