20/12/2012 by David McIntyre QPR are unsure when Kieron Dyer will be available for selection following his latest injury. The former England international, who has been beset by fitness issues in recent years, recently returned to training after a calf problem. But he is still not ready for first-team action and his outing at Manchester United last month is his only appearance for Rangers since September. Dyer was named in the clubâs 25-man Premier League squad earlier this season but is unlikely to be included when squad lists are resubmitted early in the new year. Manager Harry Redknapp said: âHeâs injured. He might be an option if heâs fit, but heâs not. Heâs having treatment at the moment.â
Another farcical signing by Hughes. Or did someone say that Paladini had him contractually tied into another year at the Club?
Yet another event that was correctly predicted (with lil' difficulty) by a number on 'ere when Dyer got the "nod into the squad"
Bloody hell lads. I thought that when I added in the Paladini thing I wouldn't get any of those replies! He was out of contract yet Hughes signed him up for another year. What I asked was, was it Hughes' decision or had Dyer a roll on season written into his contract like someone suggested at the time?
Almost certainly had a clause for another year if we stayed up. He's been excellent whenever he's played but we're lucky to get a game every other month out of him.
Correction: his legs are in doubt, his ability to get paid when he is slightly more broken than Alfe Inge Haarland and Dean Ashton combined isn't in question.
He looked up for it when he did play and certainly had at least one very good game. Sadly for the fella, I think this must be it and out in the summer.
It was probably because he didn't have to spend millions on yet more transfer fees it was like a free transfer
Agree, not wanting to support MH but to be honest we don't know what the medical team told Hughes before the resigning him. I guessing he had a full medical assessment.
