    And still Lawro predicts 1-1!!

He may be right but on what damn grounds does he get that conclusion!

I also think it will be 1-1 although with Gayle out they will be less of a threat up front - he's good and my next door neighbour, who's a Posh season ticket holder says he's the best forward they've had there since Craig Mucky Duck. Glad Gayle isn't playing tbh.

I think we need to win this in order to stop the bad run, because the next game league game is Newcastle at home and this is one that could be defining for us. A win there and we will be up to 28 and a further few points ahead of most of the strugglers. A loss brings Newcastle that much closer to us and the table could begin to shrink a bit. Still really p*ssed at Chelsea letting their neighbours off on Wednesday.

To be honest, it's not QPrcelona or Reading I'm really concerned about. I shall be more anxious if Villa, Wigan, Saints and/or Newcastle start stringing too many decent results together.

I was actually rather chuffed as I had a couple of quid on them to win at what I thought were unbelievably generous odds of 12/1 <ok>
