Werner - 46 PL games, 7 goals • Havertz - 43 PL games, 6 goals • Pulisic - 64 PL games, 16 goals • Ziyech - 35 PL games, 4 goals • Hudson-Odoi - 71 PL games, 4 goals FFS!!!
Pathetic isn't it? Pulisic with a goal every 4 games on average is a shock, I'd have thought it was every 40. Still it appears scoring in the Bundesliega or the Dutch League is a lot easier than the PL, and CHO needs to high tail it Bayern ASAP to score goals. Puts a question mark over Haarland perhaps ??? Might be a 150mill version of Werner and Havertz !!!!!
Begs the question, who is scoring the goals, if not the players we bought because they should score goals?
Do any of you think Broja has a genuine future down the line or do you think you'll sell with a buyback?
Havertz - his goal won the Champions League and his penalty helped to win the World Club Cup. Hudson Odoi supplied Lukaku for his bullet header in the World Club Cup. It’s quality not quantity that counts.
Yes, but some quantity would be nice too, BB We are still having yet another incredible season though. Hopefully win another Cup and top three and it would be fantastic
I really really don't trust anyone with good stats from the BL and specially from Dortmund. I can't name one that has travelled well to the PL.
It’s uncanny, we played third tier Plymouth in the FA Cup for a 2-1 win after extra time - I was there. Then we get a 2-1 win against Palmeiras after extra time to win the Club World Cup - I wasn’t there and I wish I could have been. Plus, Plymouth and the Brazilians were playing in the same type of green/white coloured strip - how amazing is that?
Lukaku only had 7 touches in the whole game. 1 of them was the kick off. So 6 touches in 90 mins. Lowest since records began in 2003. WOW.
I think he’s the kinda striker that suits us, he reminds me of Diego Costa but I wouldn’t be surprised at all if we sold him with a buyback clause.

TBH once he mentioned Ballack (who i had forgotten) the first other player to spring to mind was Klinsman, two rather obvious exceptions to my claim
