    "Local press up here is reporting that you (Cardiff) are very close to agreeing a deal to sign our star striker David Goodwillie.

    I've enjoyed watching this young player develop into a quality striker over the last couple of seasons.

    If you get him, you have my permission to get excited about this signing. And you can look forward to seeing him bang in the goals regularly for you.

    I hope you guys get him rather than either Rangers or Celtic. The last thing I want to see is this boy lining up against us."

    All sounds positive, hearing good things about the potential signing of Aron Gunnarsson as well. Good times to be a Cardiff City fan :)

    Thanks for your post, sure hope Dundee do well as it would be great if at least one team stopped the two others running the show up there.

    It does seem unlikely that we will get Bellers, so I guess even with Goodwillies off field problems he is a required signing. Wonder how he would work with Earnie?
