I would just like to say that I think I was the one that started calling HULL DULL :1980_boogie_down::smiley-finger007::emoticon-0143-smirk

    Small things & all that.

Anyway We´re in for some DULL S****Y players ? I just hope NP knows them inside out & they are better than what we have, can´t do with any more money grabbing misfits ******* up our club. The pressures on NP.

Leicester to finish above DULL this season.

"COME ON LEICESTER, COME ON LEICESTER"

Course they will. We'll be fine once Nigel kicks on with his new team.

As already pointed out the 'Dull' insult has been used by mutilple teams for decades. Mainly between the Rugby teams.

Even still the fact that you made a thread about it is hilarious.

It is indeed a term used to refer to Hull FC and has been for many years.

Try using your imagination, I'm sure you can come up with something better. <ok>

You'll find that AKCJ doesn't ever let a lack of knowledge get in the way of his posting.

Hull is a decent place, as are the vast majority of the Hull fans but sadly a small minority keep coming on our forum with tedious repetitive jokes, at first slightly amusing but it's boring me now. If Hull fans say they are happy NP has left then great, everyone is happy and move on.

I've been in and around Hull quite a few times. I have a lot of family in Yorkshire <ok>

I can safely say that Hull is a boring, dull and soulless town. Much like Leicester.

I actually take objection to this. Leicester is a boring, dull and soulless CITY.

Although, in seriousness, I don't think it is.

You know what I mean <ok>

Leicester isn't exactly the most 'active' place for someone to live. There isn't really much to do.

Everyone thinks that about where they live if they're honest, because familiarity breeds contempt. Trust me, there's much worse out there.

Agreed, but i'm not here to tell everyone that Leicester is the best place to live in the world because it clearly isn't.

But if I had to choose as an outsider, Hull or Leicester, it'd be Leicester every day of the week.
