All this bollocks about the England captancy got me thinking. Cappello listened to the papperatzi ( is that spelt right? ) and because John Terry was caught doing what nearly all red blooded men would do he dropped him and replaced him with big gob Ferdinand. Now the press seemed to forget thier own headlines from a few months earlier I.e. Drug abuser. So who would you rather have as captain of your national side? A bloke who likes a bit of fanny or a bloke who resorts to illegal substances to keep his form up? For me Ferdinand should have been kicked out of the game. So I'd go for JT at least he's Fcking human!
John Terry is one of the few englishmen who plays for England with pride..i watched my 1st England game since the world cup on saturday, and a big reason for that was the reinstatement of him as captain.. people may not like his team or his attitude off the pitch, but im happier seeing him lead out our country then Ferdinand, who i completely agree with you that him ever getting the armband in the 1st place was some sort of sick joke..
John Terry is a far better leader and commander in his own penalty area than Rio Ferdinand, I couldn't care less what either does off the pitch providing they still put in the effort and performance on a matchday - something Bullard has never quite managed.

You can trust Terry to give 100% every game, and to make sure everyone else does. You can also trust him to believe until the final whistle. I think it was always going to be loaned to someone else until the media had stopped going into a frenzy, then Terry would get the job back.
The problem with the question is that Terry did what he's been accused of, where as Ferdinand isn't a confirmed drugs cheat having only been found guilty of not taking a test at the right time.
Having cheated his way out of a drugs test, or, having cheated on his other half? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, cheats are cheats = scum!!!
I don't know, Rio is one of the players that does come across as genuinely being thick enough to have forgotten and just gone home.
