Asking you guys this as you came up against both regularly and can be neutral but it's a question that has popped up on Talksport. I'm just basing this purely on football
You can't argue with 5 consecutive seasons of scoring 30 or more goals. Has to be Henry. Although Drogba did age better.
Henry was the best OVERALL imo but when it comes to the big games then Drogba all day, for instance in their primes i'd rather have Henry over Drogba in a 38 match league season but in a cup final then i'd choose Drogba all the time as Henry did use to go missing in a lot of finals
Which finals did he go missing in? Can't remember many tbh, it was the 2002 World Cup where he went missing most.
ppph finals Henry without a doubt, not really surprising chelsea fans go for drogs. Drogba is only standing for 65 minutes of a match and the rest on his bba scored some crackers but cried far too much for such a large man
Henry easily, Drogba was a great big game player when Chelsea were on form, but when they were going through bad spells, he would bring the rest of the team down with him*
How can you even compare Henry and Zola, Henry was twice if not 3 times the player Zola was, and the stats *would support that claim.* Henry 175 goals in 278 games for Arsenal Zola 80 goals in 312 games for Chelsea I'd even go as far as to say Zola was the most overrated player to ever play in the premier league.* He was one of those players that would score a great goal 1 week, and then go missing for 3 games after that. Henry on the other hand did the business week in week out for Arsenal*
Guess it comes down to whether people want a player that will be the difference between winning and losing in the biggest matches (9 cup final goals compared to none for Henry) or whether they want a player who is technically more gifted and can bag a hat trick every few weeks against weak opposition.
