One of my mates went to a game at West Ham in the home end and couldn't believe the large amount of 'fans' stood by the bar during match time drinking and watching the game on the telly.

I don't think it should be allowed back on to the terraces as it can cause flashpoint situations, disruptions to others watching the game and various issues linking to children being present. The current way with bars open all match works well as it is.
