Partially, yes. I don't think they'll both be gone but I'll be surprised if both are still here. Agree on peaks being later for modern players but 30 is a turning point for transfer value still.
I don't understand the commonly held view that you should essentially mess up a good thing and sell a player in order to maximise on his value. Not saying this is you btw. It makes more sense to me to keep hold of the players that make your team function like it does than to cash in on them and start again in the hope that it will work out as before. I would want to keep hold of those who suit the team and are making it the success that it is. All providing that everyone is happy of course.
