God we bought & sold a load of dross round that time .
Nunez. Quite a few Spanish players I didn't mention though
BBC saying Eriksen to Inter by Monday for about £16.9m
As in, real money? Not just a year's supply of pasta and a few bottles of Chianti?
Fabinho explains why Mbappe signing would be ‘headache’ for Liverpool

Yeah, he wants to come and we have the money to sign him - but he'd not fit in the team. That's the story...
LFC are the Big Thing in European football at the moment. Would he be interested in us if we weren't?
They have agreed to chuck in some breadsticks to push the deal through
Lets just keep well away from Mbappe, the sums required to secure him will be astronomical. In excess of £200m with a ridiculous weekly wage.
Klopp wouldn't go near that. Anyway, apparently his heart is set on Real M. so one or two going the other way aswell maybe?
What about a swap Salah for Mbappe? Not that I think we have any chance for Mbappe.
Even if that could happen, there is still a massive difference in what we be willing to pay and what he'd expect in wages
It's not even the money that bothers me - I've become numbed to the ridiculous excesses of modern football - it's the fact that I'm not convinced that he's a team player, and atm, we have a team. And I want to keep it that way.
I too doubt that Klopp would be interested, and for the same reasons. He has the old-fashioned philosophy of building a team from the right components, not stuffing it with galacticos.
It goes against everything we've built; we make world class stars, we don't buy them.
Mbappe will come with some baggage that will bring trouble, firstly, his wages is going to cause us to increase wages of all our players.Secondly the team will be more difficult to manage .PSG, please hold on to Mbappe. We are happy as we are and very contented.
We arent getting Mbappe, he will clearly be off to Madrid.
Can Nike not fund it to get round FFP? City have got away with that for years.
I understand you saying that about Pogba or Neymar, but Mbappe? I haven't read anything to suggest he's disruptive.
I think his wages would be. Plus he sees his final step being Madrid.
