I think he'll be a good signing for Everton. They desirably lack pace and Theo sisterly needs to play every week.

Edit; apparently, my phone as a dislike for the word "desperately".... desirably? Sisterly? <doh>

Bordeaux manager Jocelyn Gourvennec suggested that Liverpool are interested in Arsenal target Malcom. ⚽️

“If Liverpool want you to work for them tomorrow, you’d go. He’s asking himself what’s the best thing for him, for his future. That’s logical."

True saint, rotating outfield players during a season with league, domestic cups and European games makes sense, rotating goalkeepers for domestic cup comps makes sense, but and I hate to use them/him as an example De Gea at man u plays all league games if not injured and the reserve keeper domestic cup games, in Europe their manager decides which keeper is used depending on the quality of the opposition.
Klopp should have one keeper for league games(unless injured) and one for cup games and others if and when required, he's trying to keep two keeper's happy, which has never worked even going back to the Clemence/Shilton years with England, that was only sorted out when the England manager at the time made a definitive decision and chose Shilton, which meant Clemence got the hump and retired from internationals.

Did well last season but previous three or four seasons he's got 5 goals. That's not going to help much and all about if he stays fit.

TBH mingolet only needs look back to arsenal game for why he's dropped.

The guys been given the captain armband, every encouragement as League GK. He's now officially dropped so if he is its uop to him to cut and run or not. He's been dropped twice... so i can understand him feeling its only a matter of time but again thats up to him.

For me... fine make the managers job easy here and say you want to go cos we can then move on whatever our supposed option is.

IMO its unreliability thats lead to this. nothing else.

I'd love to give Ward a run in the team against Swansea.

Imagine he ends up playing really well!

I've seen enough of Ward to state that he is not the answer.

The goal keeping situation has been going on for too long, David James's fault we failed to win the league during the
time of Evans, also Simon Mignolet's fault we failed to win the league during the time of Rodgers. A permanent solution is required this time.

I'd not go so far as to solely pin the blame on James mate. he was dodgy in spells but there were other issues too.

It wasn't mingolet's fault in 2013/14 either mate.. sorry but an entire season can't be laid at the feet of one man. not even gerrard either

Yes we need a new keeper.
